Jawbone Marine Sanctuary, Williamstown
The Jawbone Marine Sanctuary is stunning.
It’s a nice place just to come and decompress.
There are a really beautiful wetlands here. You’ve got the beach and also some really nice secluded walkways.
The black rock along the beach is so pretty.
I love coming here with Kumi because she gets to have some little obstacles and also I get to have some quiet time around here as well.
Listening to the sound of the ocean waves is very calming and so relaxing.
Today I had a lot of things to sell and I used a list because I got really confused with so many people coming and going and asking enquiries about the things I was selling so the list was a nice way for me to keep a track of the items and the time that people were coming to pick up things.
I also had to clean the house and do some washing as well so it was a really full on day for lunch.
I had a burger and also I went to the Mexican place to get a dessert which they had for half price and I stopped into the health store to get my go to chocolate fix when I’m just about to get my period which is the vegan chocolate bar.

The Power of Imagination and Creativity From Within
When I was training to be a yoga teacher, one of the things we learnt was that looking upward or focusing the gaze in certain directions can have various effects on mental and physiological states.
There is some evidence to suggest that eye movement can influence brain activity, including areas associated with imagination and creativity.
For more information, you can check out the National Library of Medicine article on eye movements and Neuro Linguistic Programming.
While these connections are promising, it's important to note that scientific understanding of the precise mechanisms is still evolving.
The interplay between eye movements and brain activity is a complex and ongoing area of research.
However, many practitioners across different fields find that using specific eye movements during yoga and other activities can enhance their mental and imaginative experiences.
I hope of these techniques and strategies help to uplift your day and circumstances.
